As Arts funding in schools continued to decline, it became increasingly difficult for Schools to afford essential arts programs. In 2005, Kids Who Care produced a pilot initiative, Creative Minds, to fund transportation and tickets for a live theatre experience. The outcome was so positive; Kids Who Care continues to seek partnerships to sustain the Creative Minds solution.
