Corporate Leaderhip Training

Corporate Leadership Training

KidPower Leadership was designed by Founding Executive Director Deborah Jung in 1996 based on five principles of power ; Vision, Encouragement, Role Models, Visibility, Efficiency.

Kids Who Care uses this model with all Professional Staff, Volunteers, Summer Student Staff, and its Board of Directors. The impact of this leadership style has created a unique company driven by the spirit of servant leadership where all levels of leaders are respected and sit at the table of power together.

The track record of leadership success at Kids Who Care has led other corporations to use KidPower. Coupled with theatre techniques that surpass the fun of any ropes challenge course, KidPower acts as a spring board to create synergy within diverse teams of leaders. This training style bridges staff to board, teachers to principles, and doormen to CEOs. It allows everyone to affect the outcome and in the process discover and value each other’s strengths.
